Our Program
As part of this two-year program, Supply Chain MDP employees will participate in four, six-month assignments. No role is the same, and there is a large degree of cross-functionality. The goal is to provide you with an overview of division functions and teams, experience through assigned projects and knowledge of overall company operations.
Most Supply Chain MDP employees will participate in a supervisory role to experience managing multiple employees in a manufacturing or distribution setting. This is a valuable opportunity to grow as a leader, and this rotation is where most employees say they learn the most.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the chance to interview for permanent positions based on current openings. Our goal to help you find a position that best fits your individual strengths and interests while satisfying business needs.
