
As a Sales Management Development Program (Sales MDP) employee, you will be responsible for generating sales growth in a multi-million dollar territory. With this “hands-on approach,” you will learn the fundamentals of the consumer products industry and our product lines, retail partners and end users. Serving as a business consultant, you will write incremental product orders, create strategic merchandising plans and sustain positive customer relations and brand recognition through training, product demonstrations, new product launches, selling events and store openings.
The Sales MDP includes a commitment to training and development. During the program, you will have the opportunity to take courses at one of our state-of-the-art training centers where a variety of classes, such as Strategies of Selling and Presentation Skills, are offered.
Our Program
Each Sales MDP employee has a development plan that will be used as a guide while in the program. Your manager will keep you on track by establishing objectives and partnering with you to provide the tools needed to achieve goals and drive results.
After a minimum of 18 to 24 months in this position and when you have successfully reached your developmental milestones, you will have the opportunity to interview for openings within the company.

Do You Have What It Takes?
Sales MDP participants are self-motivated and passionate individuals who can work independently but also enjoy working on a team. Leadership, initiative, problem solving abilities and professionalism will supplement your success in this fast-paced, dynamic position.
Candidates should be recent college graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in any major. Zero to two years of related work or internship experience and a willingness to relocate are highly preferred.
