Unsolicited Ideas
From time to time, Newell Rubbermaid does post specific requests for technology
and innovation challenges on our Web site under
Technology Assets on the “Our Company” page. There are several requirements
to responding to a technology request – for instance, your idea must be patented
or patent-pending with a published patent application, and it must specifically
relate to one or more of the listed areas of
Technology Interests. Detailed information on how to respond to a specific
request for information or innovation challenge is provided on our Web site. Responses
will only be reviewed if they are submitted in accordance with the requirements
on the specific request.

Graco Children’s Products Inc. is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of juvenile products. The Graco brand provides smart, practical and dependable parenting solutions inspired by the instincts and best intentions of a loving parent. After carefully observing a parent’s natural instincts to protect, nurture, comfort and soothe, Graco brings them to life in a broad range of innovative products, from strollers and car seats to highchairs, playards and monitors. As a result, Graco continues to be the brand of choice for millions of parents nationwide.
Graco has led its industry in new product development since its founding in 1953, when the brand invented the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Swyngomatic. Moving forward, Graco set the standard, introducing Pack N' Play Portable Playards in 1987, followed by the Travel System, the first product to allow parents to quickly click a car seat into and out of a stroller. Today, Graco continues its tradition of innovation with products like the Imonitor Digital Baby Monitor, the compact folding Contempo Highchair and Sweetpeace, the world’s first newborn soothing center.
Graco was acquired by Newell as part of the purchase of Rubbermaid in 1999, after which Newell Rubbermaid was created.
