There is no understanding or license between me and Newell Rubbermaid unless executed by both parties in writing.
I understand that if Newell Rubbermaid determines that the business risk of allowing me access to Newell Rubbermaid’s intellectual property outweighs the potential business benefit, my request for access to Newell Rubbermaid’s technology may be rejected.
If I am a technology broker or a vendor, I understand that no contract or agreement exists between me and Newell Rubbermaid unless executed by both parties in writing. This includes any brokerage, finder’s fees or similar commission-based fees.
