You must confirm that all of these statements are true and that you understand them before you can send a technology submission to us:

My submission directly addresses a technology of interest as listed on the “Do Business with Us” Web site.
Only non-confidential information is included in my submission
If interested in further discussions about my submission, Newell Rubbermaid will contact me, usually within 90 days of submission
My technology is patented or patent-pending AND published
I am legally permitted to make this submission, and I am either the owner of the technology or an authorized representative of the owner.
If I am a technology broker or a vendor, I understand that no contract or agreement exists between me and Newell Rubbermaid unless executed by both parties in writing. This includes any brokerage, finder’s fees or similar commission-based fees.
Any financial consideration, if any, shall be determined at a later date in a separate written agreement.
I am 18 years of age or older.

We appreciate your willingness to contact us about your technology or invention. We only accept technologies and inventions for review that have a published patent or published patent application available from one of the following organizations:

a. United States Patent Office (www.uspto.gov)
b. European Patent Office (www.epo.org)
c. Japan Patent Office (www.jpo.go.jp)
d. World Intellectual Property Office (www.wipo.int)

Please ensure that you technology or invention meets this criteria prior to submitting it into us for review. If your technology or invention does not have the accepted patent or patent publication types, or if one of these publications are currently pending, we ask that you return at a later date, after you have received one of the required publications, and submit this into us for review.

Do you have patented new materials, ground-breaking manufacturing processes or novel ways of doing business that can be used to innovate and make our products faster, better or at a lower cost?
